Kousagi Forms: Doll Version

From Left to Right

Kousagi(5 years old, Brown Hair PGSM): Sent to the 30th Century to life a normal life with Usagi. Usagi had a deja vu moment believing her mother from Kousagi's timeline is punishing her for the trouble she caused her back in the 20th Century. In her own timeline, Usagi kept Luna-P away from her, but the past Usagi gave her Luna-P to make up for her earlier behavior.

Sailor Purity(6 years old, soft purple hair): After being freed from Berylia's control, Kousagi becomes Sailor Purity. Yet in spite of her older half-sister's earlier behavior, Kousagi saw that Berylia was alone with no family and tried to save her much to Uranus' dismay. When she confronted her, Kousagi reprimanded Uranus for trying to kill another member of her own team, Sailor Saturn, once had her mother not intervened.

Sailor Purity(13 years old): After spending some time back in her own timeline at the Princess Training Academy, Kousagi returned more determined to free Berylia from her loneliness. With the Inner Senshi's help, Kousagi used the Pure Mirror to show the true form of Berylia. Her dark form tried to fight it off but her good half wanted to be free and sealed her away. Now freed, Berylia is able to live a normal life as Hisako Chiba.

Kousagi(15 years old, same as the 5-year-old version): Wearing two of her pigtails in ringlets, Kousagi returns with her mother's powers from her timeline to upgrade herself and the Inner Senshi to their "Galactic" forms(Only Usagi didn't gain the form until much later following the reappearance of Queen Metalia). She meets and falls in love with David, whom Usagi originally mistrusted due to him being evil.

Sailor Galactic Purity(16 years old): Gains this form during her fight with Kuroichi(Kaoru/Sailor Celestial's evil form). Also gains the Cutie Pure Scepter, which works similar to Eternal Sailor Moon's Eternal Tiare.

DarKousagi(18 years old, dark purple hair): After Berylia captures Kousagi, she brainwashes her into thinking no one loves her gained this form. Her form is similar to Black Lady's with a few differences: doesn't have a black Moon mark and instead has spikes to show her loyalty to Berylia. Her dress is a gold bustier with a red skirt and gold armbands. When Usagi had a hard time trying to talk some sense to Kousagi, she appealed to their mother, Neo Queen Serenity, from her sister's timeline to talk to her. She is able to talk some sense to her youngest daughter that frees her.

Princess Purity(18 years old): During the fight with Beryl, Nel was furious for tricking her into joining her cause and proceeded to destroy her with the Staff of Innocence. Kousagi saw that she was good and tried to tell Sailor Ezop to stop. Nel refused out of anger for what Beryl has done and warned her not to go through with it because she is evil. Kousagi became determined to save her with the Pure Mirror. With Sailors Imperium, Neo Moon, Sailor Fighter Moon and Celestine's help, Kousagi is able to save Beryl and revert her back to her normal form before she became evil.

Sailor Mythic Purity(24 years old): In her timeline, a war with Sailor Chaos is brewing and all the senshis lost their powers. Soon a strange entity from Elysion appeared and gave them a new power from the "Mythic" Pool. This allowed them to gain their Mythic forms. Kousagi gains this form last when she returns home to save her mother and defeat Sailor Chaos.

Queen Purity(26 years old, white hair with some soft lilac highlights): 500 years later, Kousagi becomes queen of the North America region with David. They first have twins in Selena/Sailor Divine Purity/Dauphine Purity and Salem/Puritic Paladin/Prince Atsushi. 100 years later, she had Danica/Sailor Harvest Moon/Princess Demeter.
