NSG Moon: Doll Version

Usagi Tsukino, age 13: Reborn in the 20th Century, Usagi was a normal teenage girl. She does poorly in school mainly due to naivety and laziness rather than actual stupidity. Usagi would raise her grades up under threat to being banned from her friends by her mother, Ikuko. She would rescue a strange black cat from the neighborhood kids. Later on, she introduces herself to Usagi as Luna to help her train as Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon, age 14: Beginning her training as Sailor Moon, Usagi didn't know what to do and was often scared. This lead to having her being rescued by the mysterious Tuxedo Mask(Mamoru Chiba) and even her friends. She became comfortable in her role as Sailor Moon and her brooches evolve as she continues gaining in strength. Her Moon Crystal Star Brooch appeared in Act 13 of the manga after the fight with Metalia and in episode 51 of the Classic anime. She gains the Cutie Moon Rod to perform the Moon Princess Halation attack. Usagi would later gain the Moon Cosmic Heart Brooch in Act 23 of the manga from Neo Queen Serenity and episode 91 when the love between Usagi and Mamoru leads to it's new brooch's formation as well as the Spiral Heart Rod that enables her to use the Moon Spiral Heart Attack.

Holy Grail Super Sailor Moon, age 15: Using the Holy Grail, Sailor Moon evolves into her Super Sailor Moon form to utilize her more stronger attack, Rainbow Moon Heart Ache. How she gains the Holy Grail is different in adaptations. In the manga, the Inner Senshi and the three Outers contributed their powers to form it and this is given to Sailor Moon. In Crystal, Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Chibi Moon held hands to form the Holy Grail and it's powers were used to free the possessed Inner and Outer senshis from Cyprine and Ptitol's influence. The Inners, Outer three and Chibi Moon contributed their powers for Usagi to become Super Sailor Moon. In the Classic anime episode 111 of the Infinity Arc, the talismans belonging to the Outer three(Space Sword for Uranus, Deep Mirror for Neptune and Garnet Rod for Pluto) were used to create the Holy Grail. Usagi had to compete with Eudial in order to get the grail before her. Unlike in both the manga and Crystal, Usagi suffers from power drain after each use. She eventually loses the Grail in Episode 125 when she was tricked into giving it to Mistress 9 against the wishes of both Sailors Uranus and Neptune who both suspected a trap. Usagi would become Super Sailor Moon one last time when she was loaned the powers from the four Inners and the two Outers to assist Sailor Saturn in defeating Master Pharaoh 90.

Super Sailor Moon(Pegasus version), age 16: Usagi, along with Chibiusa gains this form when Pegasus grants them their new brooches in Arc 34 of the manga and Episode 130 of the Classic anime. Usagi gains the Moon Kaleidoscopic to perform the Moon Gorgeous Meditation attack. Her fuku is still elegantly ornate with the exception of her back bow which is shorter than from the Holy Grail.

Eternal Sailor Moon, age 17: Almost nothing remains the same in Usagi's form as Eternal Sailor Moon. She gains this form in Act 42 of the manga with the resolve to defeat Nehellenia and in Episode 168 when all of the senshis combined their powers for her to become her Eternal form. Diana mentioned Eternal Sailor Moon is the closest to Neo Queen Serenity in power. In the manga, Eternal Sailor Moon gains a pair of functional angel wings, while the classic anime had her with wing, but only used as decoration. In addition to the Holy Grail evolving to the Holy Moon Calice, she uses it along with the Silver Moon Crystal to perform her attacks.

Neo Queen Serenity, age 22: Usagi's form in the 30th Century when she becomes queen of a new Silver Millennium. After marrying Mamoru in the end of the Stars manga, Usagi becomes Neo Queen Serenity. After giving birth to Chibiusa, the queen was unaware that she had given birth to another baby, Prusagi, who was kidnapped by a woman, Onix, posing as her mid-wife during her labor. Thus when she found out what happened, Neo Queen Serenity sent sentry to try to find her beloved blue-haired daughter, but they were unsuccessful. Due to the Silver Crystal's powers the Earth inhabitants began enjoying longevity of eternal life. However not all of them were happy about it, one was a man who he and his family saw eternal life as an abomination to death and lead a revolt against the Queen. Serenity was able to repel him, but because he and his conspirators were human, she banished them off to Nemesis. The Death Phantom was no mere human, revealed near the end of the Stars manga as he, Metalia, Master Pharaoh 90, and Nehellenia were pieces of Chaos. Not all of Wiseman's conspirators were banished, his wife, Opal, their children and their neighbors remained on Earth and became the Death Phantom organization. In an effort to prove her classmates that she is the queen's daughter, Chibiusa stole the future Silver Crystal in Act 20 of the Black Moon arc in the manga and episode 74 of Classic anime. Unlike Crystal(which only fell in her hands): when she held it in her hands for the first time, the light emanated from the future Silver Crystal for a few seconds before it disappeared into her body. Worried that Neo Queen Serenity would be angry with her, Chibiusa hid in behind the container. Instead, Neo Queen Serenity was worried and went out of the palace to look for her. She was confronted by Prince Diamond, but before he could use his Third Eye powers, Serenity used her Silver Crystal to encase herself in crystals to protect herself. She was quickly transported into the palace, where she lay comatose. Despite her incapacitated state, the queen could still think, sense evil, and even use her power in a limited way, such as when she repelled Black Lady from the Crystal Palace. Her hair is white with hints of blonde highlights.

In arc 26 of the manga and Crystal, Neo-Queen Serenity awoke after Chibiusa transformed into a Sailor Senshi, and she aided Sailor Chibi Moon in her attempt to reach Sailor Moon and defeat Death Phantom. She also bestowed new power-ups on the Senshi, including the Spiral Heart Moon Rod and the Cosmic Heart Compact. She was also the one who gave new titles to the Inner Senshi: Sailor Mercury was the Soldier of Wisdom, Sailor Mars was the Soldier of War, Sailor Jupiter was the Soldier of Protection, and Sailor Venus was the Soldier of Love. In the Classic anime, Usagi became Neo Queen Serenity in order to free Chibiusa from her Black Lady form by showing her true memories. In both versions after the threat in the future ended, Neo Queen Serenity sent Chibiusa to the past to continue training as a senshi. Though regal and composed, the queen still have moments of her teenage self, for example, she sends her past self, Mamoru and her friends a unusually cute letter with smiley faces and herself, revealing that after several centuries, Neo Queen Serenity can't still write in Kanji. Diana even described the queen and king mysteriously falling ill during royal balls and miraculously feeling better when they're over.

In NSG, Neo Queen Serenity is looked upon in love and respect. Though regal in public appearances, when around her friends, Serenity could be herself and would sneak manga out of Rei's room, leading to them to argue like best friends still. Gaia later visited Serenity one time. However, she was known Masami Chiba with her daughter, Mamori/Sailor Earth and is happy that Endymion has married Serenity. She eventually found out that Kaoru is her twin sister, Clarity and while happy to be reunited with her, Serenity was also furious with her mother because she betrayed their family in a way by harboring her sister's whereabouts from them. When she confronted her mother for it, Selene eventually explained why she let her father and Serenity believe Clarity died. It was out of necessity because she was trying to protect their family and hid Clarity on Uranus. However when Selene found out too late from Luna and Artemis that the priest was a spy for Metalia, it was too late for her to bring Clarity back. In the 32th Century, Serenity gives birth to Chibiusa(now Usagi)'s younger sister, Kousagi, who has the powers of both the Moon and Earth(symbolized in her mark being a small gold dot to represent Earth and her moon symbol). She is known as Baroness Purity and she has undiscovered powers that the queen in her Sailor Cosmos form heavily relies on. When she is finally reunited with her long lost blue-haired daughter, Prusagi(known as Kouha), she noticed her scars and is blind on her left eye. When Prusagi furiously rejected her, an offended Usagi planned to confront her for insulting their family, but Helios wisely told her that Kouha needs time for herself.

Sailor Cosmos, age 26: Mysterious and beautiful. In the Stars manga during the last battle and disguised as Chibi Chibi(first anime had her revealed to be Galaxia's Saffer Crystal), Cosmos guides her past self Eternal Sailor Moon to the Galaxy Cauldron. She tells her to destroy it at once, but Eternal Sailor Moon refused knowing that if she did, no more stars will be reborn. She chooses to sacrifice herself to the Cauldron by jumping in it, making Sailor Cosmos realize that was the right decision. After revealing to the Asteroid Senshi about her sad history, she whisks them away back to the future.

In NSG: 500 years in the future, Neo Queen Serenity is confronted by the greatest enemy ever known, Sailor Chaos. She, Kaoru, the Inner and Outer Queens take on their Cosmos forms. Usagi is in her "Supreme" form, her friends gain the "Harmonic" form. During the fight she watched as her loved ones fell under Sailor Chaos' relentless attacks. When Kousagi appeared, she saw her mother in a hopeless battle with Chaos, knew she had to be the one to stop her.

Sometime in the 40th Century, Selena meets with Serenity as Sailor Cosmos and is upgraded with her senshi to their "Divine" forms.
